McGreevy Wedding Part 3 ~ The 619

Off to the 619!!! In Michelle’s own words, “her favorite dive”. I thought it was great! Good friends, good atmosphere, good drinks! This is the black opal, a concoction Michelle and her friends ‘invented’ and is now on the menu. It was interestingly referred to as gasoline!!!! Fortunately, I was the designated driver! To Michelle & Jerry! A FABULOUS couple! Michelle discovered that Molly had extra tickets to Dave Matthews!
Mereanna was working the table (and threatening to stab someone with the heel of her boots!) Heidi was enjoying her drink!

Spokane Update ~ McGreevy Wedding Part 1

Well, it took me awhile to figure out the hotel’s internet stuff. But I’m here. Then blogger is just running really slow for me here. Those are my excuses and I’m sticking with them!

Day One: we did last minute errands & jobs for Michellapolooza. Mac counter, eye shadow, some wardrobe accesories, etc.

Then it was off to a bachorlette pary, um….I don’t have permission to share those pictures!!!

Day Two: I was hanging out with Mystique’s very own Lori! Lots of girl talk and hanging out. Lori, Eric (another fabulous Spokane photographer) had lunch at Azteca (I think). Awesome mexican food!

Day Three: Countdown to the wedding. We decorated the hall for the reception and then were off to the rehearsal dinner and after party. Decorating was interesting. I am rarely on that end of the committee! Lots of fun though!

The rehearsal dinner was at the fabulous Vin Rouge (I hope I spelled that right!)

I just wanted to let everyone know that the studio will be closed from Aug 22 - Aug 30. I will be photographing a wedding in Spokane WA. I will be checking messages and email periodically in case of emergencies.

I’m looking forward to this so much and cannot wait to post photographs from it. Please pray that my gear gets on the plane with me! With all the airline restrictions, I’ve been a little stressed out about it.

I’m also hoping to get together with some fellow photographers from Focus On Image. Check back for pictures!
